"Kara helped my wife and I navigate the birth of our first child the entire way - from detailed preparation meetings to being at the hospital through most of the labor process to overnight assistance in the first month of being home to being an open source of help and information continually since then. Numerous nurses in the delivery room talked with Kara and were surprised to find out that we were her first clients, given her expertise and wealth of knowledge of different stages of labor and strategies for my wife to help her through the labor process.
