I recently trained with MaternityWise International, and I am searching for three families who would like lactation support & education at a reduced price so I can complete my certification. If you would also like a labor/birthdoula and/or postpartum doula, I will be working toward those certifications, as well, so you can absolutely combine services. Lactation support & education is included in those services.

Lactation Support & Educator-in-Training
$100 for the first 2-hour session
$50 for follow-up sessions
**Available to 3 families. After certification, prices will look different.
*If you choose to work with me as a postpartum doula, these services are included at no extra charge.
How can lactation support & education help you?
Lactation support & education can help with breastfeeding by providing education, hands-on support, and troubleshooting for issues like latch, milk supply, and pain. There are more things that can affect milk supply than most people realize (anatomy, flange size), and lactation support can help you find what works best for you and your family. The breastfeeding journey is different for everyone, and having someone to support and educate you along the way can help you to make informed decisions.
When things don't go as you envisioned, a lactation support & educator can help you through the emotional aspects of decision-making, as well.
*I cannot make medical determinations, and if I believe it is necessary, I will refer you to someone else who can assist you further.
