Birth Story Medicine

Kara completed her training as a Birth Story Listener with Birth Story Medicine in December 2025. 

A Birth Story Medicine session is for anyone who may still feel unresolved about their birth. You may have had a traumatic birth, or perhaps something is still tugging at you that you can't seem to stop thinking about. Whatever your reason, a birth story session is meant to help you find new meaning in your birth story. Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes in length. Most people only need one session, but occasionally someone may need 2-3.
